Shipping, Processing and Order Deadlines:
No special circumstances, your order will be signed for within 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time is 5:00pm CET. Order processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
Postage
We offer free delivery on all orders over AU$45. We charge a flat delivery fee of AU$7.99 for orders under AU$45.
Regions we ship to
We are unable to process international orders. Please check your address when placing your order to ensure your delivery address is in Australia.
Standard Shipping
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to see where your package is currently located. Items may be subject to customs inspection and duties (if applicable). Customs clearance is not included in the delivery standard/transit time.
Package
Special care will be taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well protected before they are packed and shipped.
Address modification
If you have received tracking information via email, I am sorry there is no way to change the shipping address. If you do not receive a tracking number, we will make every effort to change it for you, but we cannot guarantee that changes will always be made. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must pay separately.
Cancel the order
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel your order, please email us at customer.reemelody@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
Taxes and duties
Customers do not need to pay any additional taxes. The prices of our products already include tax.
